Treatment Process
Inconel 600 is a Ni-Cr-Fe base alloy with solid solution strengthening, offering:
- Superior high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance
- Excellent cold and hot machining properties
- Good welding performance
- Satisfactory heat intensity and high plasticity below 700°C
The alloy can be strengthened through cold working and is suitable for resistance welding, welding, or soldering. Ideal for manufacturing antioxidant components operating below 1100°C under low loads.
