  • Monel Series

This alloy can be mechanically processed using traditional iron-based material processing methods. High speed engine uses water coolant during overtime. The material shrinks during processing, and attention should be paid to ensuring dimensional accuracy with machining shrinkage allowance. Monel 400 has good welding performance and can use TIG and MIG methods. Monel body or EniCu-7 welding wire and electrode can be used; Or manual arc welding and submerged arc welding; Can be welded with carbon steel and low alloy steel.
