FeCrAl Electric Heating 0.5mm 0Cr21Al6Nb Resistance Wire Used In Electronic Devices
- FeCrAl Series
0Cr21Al6Nb alloy has the characteristic of high resistivity, low temperature resistance coefficient, high operating temperature, good anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion under high temperature.
0Cr21Al6Nb resistance wire is widely used in electronic devices due to its high temperature stability, corrosion resistance, and excellent resistance characteristics, making it an indispensable key component in many electronic products.
- Heating elements
0Cr21Al6Nb resistance wire, as a high-temperature resistance alloy, is commonly used as heating elements in electronic devices such as e-cigarettes, electric kettles, hair dryers, etc. It can heat up quickly and maintain a stable temperature, providing the required heat.
- Resistance heaters
In some electronic devices, temperature control is required to achieve specific functions or protect other components. 0Cr21Al6Nb resistance wire is used as resistance heaters. By adjusting the current, the temperature of the heater can be controlled, enabling precise temperature control.
- Light Emitting Diode (LED) drivers
0Cr21Al6Nb resistance wire can also be used in current limiters or protection circuits in LED drivers. By limiting the current, it can protect LEDs from damage due to overcurrent, extending their lifespan.
- Temperature sensors
Since the resistance of 0Cr21Al6Nb resistance wire is directly proportional to temperature, it can also be used as part of temperature sensors. By measuring the change in resistance, the temperature of the environment can be determined and used in temperature monitoring and control systems.
