Nickel Based Welding Wire 3.2mm ErNi-1 wire rod is designed for welding pure nickel, nickel alloys, and repair welding of cast iron. It is also suitable for dissimilar welding applications involving nickel, steels, monel, cupronickel, and stainless steels.

DLX ERNi‐1 is specifically formulated for welding wrought and cast forms of commercially pure nickel alloy (ASTM B 160, B 161, B 162, and B 163 having UNS number N02200 or N02201) to itself using the GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and PAW processes.
