ERNiCrMo-14 1.6 mm welding wire is part of our nickel-based welding wire series, suitable for depositing corrosion-resistant overlays on various steels. This filler metal is ideal for gas-tungsten-arc and gas-metal-arc welding applications.
- Excellent for welding duplex, super-duplex, and super-austenitic stainless steels
- Compatible with nickel alloys including UNS N06059/N06022, Alloy C-276, and Alloys 622/625/686
- Tensile strength of 110,000 psi for demanding service environments
- Resistant to general corrosion in HCl or sulfuric acid
- Provides resistance to crevice corrosion in hot, concentrated acid chloride solutions
- Resistant to intergranular attack after sensitization in highly oxidizing environments
