0.08mm Thermal Spray Wire
Thermal Spray Wire is widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, offering high corrosion resistance and temperature protection. It creates coatings that resist heat and prevent scaling on conventional low alloy steels, serves as bond coats to improve top coating adhesion, and is used on moulds in the glass industry.

Properties & Applications
Our thermal spray wire provides excellent bonding strength. The sprayed layers resist high temperature variations and serve as an effective buffer layer for other spraying alloys. Typical properties include:

- Layer thickness: approximately 0.1-0.15mm
