Irregular Ni200 0.2mm Pure Nickel Strip 2p 3p 4P For 21700
Trial orders are how battery lines qualify a new strip — so irregular nickel strip has to weld like a production run from the very first sample. Our irregular nickel strip in 0.2 mm with 2P/3P/4P patterns for 21700 cells is made from Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni), with custom profiles locked against your drawing. Start with a free N6/Ni200 sample, confirm the geometry on your line, then scale — 5 kg MOQ and 7-15 day delivery from our ISO 9001 certified nickel-only line.
Irregular strip is produced at 0.2 mm as specified with non-uniform width profiles per drawing, punched in 2P/3P/4P patterns for 21700 cells. Profile geometry, pitch and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
- Irregular profiles per drawing — non-uniform width strip for stepped battery layouts, locked to your drawing.
- 2P/3P/4P patterns — pre-punched for 21700 cells, ready to weld.
- Ni200 purity — ≥99.2% Ni with low resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C).
- Sample first, low MOQ — N6/Ni200 free samples of 0.5 kg; 5 kg MOQ.
- Documented supply — EN 10204 3.1 MTC, ISO 9001 certified, 7-15 day delivery.
Cells of different heights or stepped pack layouts need a connector whose width follows the geometry — a straight strip cannot bridge the gap cleanly. Irregular profiles are punched to the drawing so the strip fits the pack and welds like a straight strip.
2P/3P/4P patterns connect 21700 cells in parallel groups, with pitch and available space set to the pack layout. Punched geometry is checked for burr and dimensional accuracy against the drawing per batch.
Ni200 holds ≥99.2% Ni, and its low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C) keeps weld heat consistent. Composition is verified per batch before punching, so chemistry cannot drift between pattern runs.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02200 before rolling, then every batch is gauged for thickness, profile width and surface condition, and punched patterns are checked for burr and dimensional accuracy against the drawing. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.
- ASTM B162 — nickel and nickel alloy plate, sheet and strip
- GB/T 2072-2020 — nickel and nickel alloy strip
- EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates accompany shipments
Irregular strip is supplied in rolls or cut lengths, edge-protected and moisture-wrapped, then packed in cartons and export wooden cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order, with a standard lead time of 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.
A trial order is a promise — the spool you test should match the container you order. DLX Alloy has run a nickel-only line since 2002 — 12,000 m² of floor space, 1,200 t/yr rated capacity, ISO 9001 certified and SGS audited — punching irregular battery strip to per-drawing profiles, with per-batch composition analysis and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every spool, trial or production.
Irregular strip has a non-uniform width profile, produced to the drawing so it fits stepped battery pack layouts that a straight strip cannot bridge cleanly.
Yes. 2P/3P/4P patterns are punched for 21700 cells, with pitch and available space set to the pack layout.
Yes. Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is standard for battery strip; Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, low carbon) is available where low-carbon stability matters.
N6/Ni200 samples of 0.5 kg are free; N4/Ni201 samples are charged and refunded on a first order of 50 kg or more. Sample geometry is produced per drawing.
Profile width and pattern geometry are confirmed against the drawing before production and gauged per batch, locked in the batch record.
