This 0.025mm Nickel 200 wire is built for industrial applications — 99.2% minimum nickel content, precision-drawn micro wire, formable and weldable. 1. Nickel 200 Grade

Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) is commercially pure nickel with a minimum nickel content of 99.2% and a carbon limit of 0.15%. It is positioned for battery and chemical service, combining corrosion resistance with good electrical and thermal conductivity.

At 0.025 mm, drawing precision decides performance. Wire is drawn to the specified diameter with tolerances locked per drawing and inspected at final inspection, so the micro wire holds its dimension and surface across the spool.
