- Pure Nickel Ni200/Ni201 wire with 0.025mm diameter
Pure nickel wire 0.025mm has a slightly lower nickel content than Ni201, with Ni and Co content greater than 99.5% and other impurities not exceeding 0.5%. Ni200 features excellent acid and alkali resistance, particularly outstanding alkali corrosion resistance. It demonstrates superior corrosion resistance in alkaline and neutral solutions including carbonate, nitrate, sulfate, chloride, and acetate salts. The wire maintains stable performance in atmosphere, fresh water, and seawater while offering good processing performance and high electric vacuum characteristics. These properties make Ni200 widely applicable in chemical, mechanical, and electronic industries, primarily for manufacturing various alkali-resistant equipment.
