Flexible and ductile pure nickel strip for chemical processing — with density of 8.908 g/cm³, melting point of 1435-1446 °C and low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C). Pure nickel offers good flexibility and ductility for forming, excellent corrosion resistance in caustic and hydrofluoric environments, magnetic behaviour below the Curie temperature of 358 °C, high heat transfer and high electrical conductivity. The combination of flexibility, ductility and corrosion resistance makes pure nickel strip a preferred material in chemical processing, marine engineering and power generation, where equipment must hold both form and function in demanding media.
