This commercial-grade 7kW 32A AC EV Charger is designed for high-density residential parking, commercial workplaces, and fleet depots. It solves three critical points for overseas operators:
Grid Capacity Limits: Delivers maximum single-phase charging speed 7kw 32A on standard 230v connections without requiring expensive three-phase grid upgrades.
Logistics & Installation Costs: The ultra-compact structural design reduces ocean freight volume by 30%, maximizing pallet loading efficiency and lowering shipping costs per unit.
Interoperability & Lock-in: Fully open OCPP 1.6J (JSON) protocol ensures seamless integration with any standard third-party Central Management System (CMS), preventing software lock-in.
Compatiable with 95% New Energy Vehicles in market like BYD, GWM, VinFast, VGo
Compliance & Certifications
Electrical Safety: Certified in compliance with IEC 61851-1:2017 (Electric vehicle conductive charging system) and IEC 61851-21-2:2018 (EMC requirements).
Regional Market Access: Standard configurations meet European CE (LVD/EMC/RED) marks, Australian RCM guidelines, and Indian BIS component safety thresholds.
Upstream Supply Chain Integrity: The internal switching components utilize industrial-grade MCCB protection, and all structural plastics are UL94 V-0 flame retardant rated.

Q2. Do you test all your chargers before shipping?
A: All major components are tested before assembly and each charger is fully tested before shipped
Q3.what can you buy from us?
A: AC &DC EV charging pile
Q4: What charging interface standards do these chargers support?
A: Our charging stations can be configured with various global connector standards:
AC Charging: Type 2 (Europe), Type 1 (North America), GB/T (China).
DC Charging: CCS Combo 2 (Europe), CCS Combo 1 (North America), CHAdeMO (Japan), GB/T (China), and NACS (Tesla standard).
Q5: Are these chargers safe to use in the rain or extreme weather?
A: Yes. Our chargers are designed with high weatherproof ratings (typically IP54 or IP55 for outdoor use). They feature multiple safety protections, including over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, leakage, and lightning protection.
Q6: Can I custom my LOGO?
Answer: Yes. You can not only custom LOGO, but also color, cable, enclosure box and carton. Just contact us if you have special needs. We accept full customization for Appearance/Software/Functions/ Accessories/Charging Standards/Packaging etc.
Q7: What the MOQ for the product?
A: There is no MOQ request for normal charger. OEM MOQ depends the customers’ requirements and products’ features.
Q8: How long to fully charge a car?
To know how long to charge a car, you need to know the OBC(on board charger) power of the car, the car battery capacity, the charger power. The hours to fully charge a car =battery kw.h/obc or charger power the lower one. For e.g, the battery is 40kw.h,obc is 7kw, charger is 22kw, the 40/7=5.7hours. If the obc is 22kw, then 40/22=1.8hours.
