OIL - WATER SEPARATOR FS1212
When the compressed air containing oil, water and solid impurities enters it, due to the centrifugal effect, the oil and water flow down along the inner wall to the bottom of the separator. Then, the filter element conducts fine filtration. The filter element is made by folding coarse, fine and superfine fiber filter materials. It has a high filtration efficiency and low resistance. When the gas passes through, due to the obstruction of the filter element, collisions, as well as the van der Waals force, electrostatic attraction and vacuum suction between molecules, the impurities are adsorbed onto the fibers of the filter material and form droplets. Under the action of gravity, these droplets flow into the bottom and are finally discharged through the drain valve, thus effectively separating the oil and water impurities in the compressed air.
REPLACING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean filter mounting surface on engine completely of dirt.road tar, paint or other foreign material.Lubricate filter gasket surface with engine oil.Tighten filter with hand(S) or special tools about 3/4-1 turnafter gasket contacts mounting surface of engine.After adding the oil, run engine for 3 minutes and check for leaks.lt is suggested to replace 20000-30000 kms' (or 500 hours' ).
