Transmission Synchronizer Assembly：
The function of the synchronizer is to synchronize the clutch plate with the flywheel, and the speed must be consistent in order to smoothly engage the gear. If the gear shift is slow and the speed drops to idle, it cannot be engaged. When downshifting, the fuel gate should be in neutral position (while keeping the clutch lifted) to reduce the speed difference between the gears.

As the input shaft and output shaft of the transmission rotate at their respective speeds, there is a "synchronization" problem when changing gears. The forced engagement of two gears with different rotation speeds will inevitably lead to impact collision and damage to the gears.
