The working principle of the oil pressure sensor is that there is a sliding resistance inside the oil pressure sensor. The oil pressure is used to push the sliding resistance potentiometer to move, change the current of the oil pressure gauge, change the position of the pointer, connect the amplified pressure signal to the oil pressure indicator through the signal line, and change the ratio of the current passed by the two coils inside the oil pressure indicator. Thus indicating the engine oil pressure. The oil pressure sensor is composed of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a shell, a fixed circuit board device and 2 leads, etc. The signal processing circuit is composed of a power supply circuit, a sensor compensation circuit, a zeroing circuit, a voltage amplifying circuit, a current amplifying circuit, a filter circuit and an alarm circuit.
Oil pressure sensor
When the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the pressure of the engine oil, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indicator through the signal line, and the current ratio of the two coils inside the oil pressure indicator changes, thus indicating the oil pressure.
The electronic oil pressure sensor is composed of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a housing, a fixed circuit board device and two wires (signal line and alarm line). The signal processing circuit consists of a power supply circuit, a sensor compensation circuit, a zeroing circuit, a voltage amplifier circuit, a current amplifier circuit, a filter circuit and an alarm circuit. The wiring of the electronic oil pressure sensor is exactly the same as that of the traditional mechanical sensor.
