BT-150N 3-Axis CNC PCD&PCBN Tool Grinder Cutter Grinding Machine

Description

The BT-150N is a 3-axis CNC tool grinder consisting of the grinding wheel oscillation axis (X-axis), the workpiece rotation axis in the horizontal plane (B-axis), and the workpiece feed axis (Y-axis). This machine is suitable for the production of medium and large batches of carbide inserts, PCD inserts, and CBN inserts. Once centering is completed, grinding can be performed automatically with the push of a button, reducing labor costs. Due to the high hardness of diamond materials (PCD) and the rapid wear of the grinding wheel, the system accepts input of the wear amount and compensates for it, maintaining long-term dimensional accuracy. The machine has manual and automatic switching functions, catering to both small/medium batch and large batch production needs. The manual function is particularly suitable for manufacturing and grinding non-standard inserts.
