Product Introduction
The Precise Dual Station Coil Winding Machine for Washing Machine Motor Stator is used for automating the engineering of washing machine electric motors. It adopts needle coil winding technology and is suitable for large and medium brushless motor multi-shaped slot stators, such as those used in drum washing machines, turbo washing machines, and water pump motors. The machine features a single working station structure and can automatically complete the winding process, ensuring high efficiency and safety.
The BLDC stator winding machine offers complete programming freedom, so you can decide where to anchor the initial starting wire before winding, whether to run the cycle clockwise or anticlockwise, and all the necessary position changes to complete the process.
Application
The BLDC stator winding machine is used for large and medium special-shaped slot electric motor stator coil winding, such as drum washing machine, turbo washing machine and water pump motor, BLDC, brushless DC motor, etc.
The stator is stationary during winding. All needle movements are motorized and programmable and managed in direct drive mode (no cam system, no belts, no lead screw).
