Equipment Overview
The equipment adopts an integrated controller for the main control cabinet and operating console. The main processes include:
Stator assembly line: Stator feeding → Stator winding → FPC welding → Base adhesive application → Applying back adhesive and removing protective stickers to the base → Stator three-phase testing → Stator baking → Bearing chamber adhesive application → Bearing assembly
Rotor assembly line: Shaft adhesive application and pressing into the bottom cover → yoke adhesive application → Magnet insertion into the yoke → Gaussian testing → Rotor baking
Final assembly line: Bearing inner hole adhesive application → Stator and rotor assembly → Manual pre-tightening → Product baking → Snap ring assembly performance testing
