Automobile Ignition Coil Winding Automatic Line
This production line can complete the winding, assembly and testing of primary wire packages for ignition coils; the pin insertion, winding, spot welding and testing of secondary wire packages; as well as the assembly, inspection and tray unloading of all materials including primary/secondary wire packages, C-cores, outer housings, connectors and diodes. It realizes fully automatic production for the full manufacturing process of ignition coils.
