This machine is the upgraded version of automatic voice coil-diaphragm winding machine specially designed for voice coil and diaphragm assembly winding.
Based on the original model, it adds bobbin winding functions, including bobbin feeding via vibration plate, automatic bobbin picking, automatic bobbin loading and bobbin winding. It supports two types of enameled wires wound on paper bobbins: alcohol-soluble wire and hot-air bonding wire.
With ultra-high automation, it realizes stable and efficient 24-hour production. Featuring compact structure, low labor demand and high productivity, it meets various customers' automated production requirements, wins wide recognition and boasts promising market prospects.
The control system is equipped with Chinese touch screen with intuitive interface for easy operation. The mechanical structure is elaborately designed. All metal materials are treated with special processes to enhance durability and stability.
Moving components adopt imported servo motors, high-precision ball screws and imported bearings to ensure high efficiency and precision, supporting 24-hour continuous stable production. The machine can seamlessly connect with automatic production lines and unmanned workshops.
