This independently developed integrated machine realizes voice coil-diaphragm assembly and line marking. It automatically completes voice coil-diaphragm combination, copper wire folding and diaphragm marking & gluing processes. With outstanding efficiency, it ranks among the highest-performance models in the industry.

Equipment Features

Various glues can be used for marking. UV glue is mandatory for fixing the edge of diaphragm.

Main Process Flow
Wire passing through tensioner → Winding via spindle & indexing plate with hot air blowing synchronously → Wire cutting → Diaphragm pickup and loading onto fixture → 3D gluing (center glue station) → Voice coil pickup, placement & wire folding on diaphragm → 3D gluing (marking glue station) → Discharging to assembly line
