This self-developed split-type diaphragm marking machine automatically completes copper wire folding, diaphragm marking and gluing with high product consistency. It is recognized as one of the high-efficiency equipment in the industry.
Equipment Features
- All types of glue are available for center glue and marking glue
- Designated solvent glue or UV glue is recommended for diaphragm edge fixing
- The machine can produce former voice coils, suitable for products where UV glue cannot be adopted for edge dispensing
Main Process Flow
Drying of semi-finished diaphragm assembly → Feeding semi-finished diaphragm assembly → Wire folding → Diaphragm edge dispensing → Marking glue application → Discharging finished marked products
