Equipment Features
- Inspection after each process with individual item coding. Each product is bound with process parameter data.
- Automatic winding and automatic enamel stripping using domestically pioneering technology.
- Wire ends are automatically shaped and bent into BASBAH hooks.
- Equipped with imported AVIO welding power supply for automatic hook welding and wire trimming. Vision system counts wire ends.
- Vision inspection monitors resistance welding quality to guarantee stable welding performance.
- High-frequency heating for stators; imported temperature sensors precisely control heating and cooling temperature.
- Automatic PCB feeding and assembly. Constant-temperature thermal riveting fixes PCB onto stator housing.
- Utilizes COSMIK soldering unit to achieve uniform, neat solder joints and high soldering yield.
- Imported air tightness tester and stator performance tester ensure accurate stator performance testing.
- High-quality electric actuators monitor pressure and displacement during pressing, generating pressure-displacement curves.
