Our SS316 stainless steel wire rope mesh is hand-woven from high-tensile stainless steel cables into a flexible diamond-pattern netting. Also known as cable mesh or X-tend mesh, it is specially engineered for zoo animal enclosures and aviaries. The ferruled connection method locks each wire rope intersection with precision stainless steel ferrules, delivering a smooth, snag-free surface that is safe for animals and visually transparent for visitors.

Unlike welded wire mesh, this rope mesh absorbs impact through its flexible structure — when a large animal charges the fence, the netting flexes and distributes the force rather than shattering or deforming permanently.

Marine-grade corrosion resistance:AISI 316 stainless steel contains 2-3% molybdenum, providing superior resistance to humidity, rain, and animal waste compared to 304 grade.

Impact-tested durability:Load testing confirms a 3kg weight dropped from 3m height causes zero damage to the mesh structure.

Animal-safe construction:No sharp edges, no loose wire ends — every ferrule is crimped flush to the cable.
