Construction:
Conductor: Class 2 stranded aluminum as per IEC 60228 or as per ASTMB230/230M
Insulation: XLPE material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502-1 rated for 90°C continuous operation.
Outer Sheath: PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 or low smoke Halogen free Polyolefin ST7.
Special type of PVC sheathing material such as Fire Retardant PVC, Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, UV Resistance PVC, Low Smoke Zero Halogen are available on special request. Also, special sheathing materials such as MDPE or HDPE are available on request.
Operating characteristics
1. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C
2. Cable conductor long-term allowable working temperature:≤90°C
3. Higest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): 250°C
4. Minimum allowable bending radius: Single core cable: 20D mm; multi-core cable: 15D mm
