ACSR are made of aluminum 1350-H19 wires concentrically stranded over a Class A Zinc coated steel wire core.

EN 60889 Hard-drawn aluminium wire for overhead line conductors.

Features and Benefits:
ACSR conductors combine the light weight and good conductivity of aluminum with the high tensile strength and ruggedness of steel. This can provide higher tensions, less sag, and longer span lengths than obtainable with most other types of overhead conductors.
The steel core, which are added as mechanical reinforcements, are protected from corrosion by galvanizing . The standard Class A zinc coating is usually adequate for ordinary environments.

After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

3. What are your payment terms?
We normally accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated. Trade assurance on is also available.

4. What’s the delivery time?
Sample order needs 3~5 days.

Formal order depends on the quantity, usually it needs 15 working days after get your payment.
