This innovative triplex overhead service drop cable is engineered with a premium integrated structure, consisting of two independently insulated all-aluminum phase conductors and one high-strength bare aluminum alloy neutral messenger conductor. Tailored for 0.6/1kV low-voltage power transmission scenarios, this cable is specially developed for overhead power supply access between urban and rural utility power grids and terminal power-consuming facilities. It features outstanding outdoor environmental adaptability, reliable electrical transmission performance and superior mechanical tensile stability, meeting long-term continuous power supply demands for residential buildings, small commercial stores and rural infrastructure projects.
Unique Structural Design
Phase Conductor: Adopts standard 4 AWG 19-strand compact stranded AAC conductor. The stranded structure optimizes cable flexibility and bending performance, reduces current loss during operation, and maintains stable electrical conductivity under long-term load operation.
Neutral Messenger Conductor: Equipped with 4 AWG 7-strand bare AAAC high-strength alloy conductor. Compared with ordinary pure aluminum conductors, AAAC material has higher tensile strength, better fatigue resistance and structural stability, which can fully bear the suspension tension of overhead cables.
Protective Insulation Layer: Each phase conductor is extruded with a uniform 60 mils thick black XLPE insulation layer. The insulation material has excellent heat resistance, dielectric insulation and weather resistance, supporting long-term high-load operation and harsh outdoor working conditions.
