Product Overview


0.6/1kV 2×1/0AWG+1/0AWG All-Insulated Triplex ABC Cable is a heavy-duty self-supporting aerial bundled cable designed for low-voltage overhead power distribution. This cable adopts a professional hybrid conductor structure: two AAC phase conductors for power transmission and one high-strength AAAC conductor serving as integrated messenger and neutral core. All three cores are fully covered with XLPE insulation with no bare steel messenger, eliminating exposed metal risks and providing superior safety and weather adaptability compared with traditional bare-type ABC cables.


Product Construction


Phase Conductor (2 Cores): Made of high-purity AAC (All Aluminum Conductor), 1/0AWG specification. It features low resistivity, excellent electrical conductivity and minimal power loss, perfectly matching heavy-load continuous power transmission requirements for commercial and residential power distribution.
- Messenger & Neutral Conductor (1 Core): Adopts high-strength AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor), 1/0AWG specification. With upgraded tensile strength, structural stability and corrosion resistance, it undertakes dual functions of neutral wire and mechanical load-bearing core, adapting to complex outdoor wind and weather conditions.
- Full-Core Insulation: All three conductors are insulated with premium black XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene). The specially formulated insulation material is UV-stabilized, weather-proof, anti-aging, moisture and corrosion resistant, maintaining stable insulation performance in harsh outdoor environments.
- Integrated Structure: Compact stranded triplex bundled structure with full insulated messenger design. No bare metal exposure, integrated self-supporting structure, safe, firm and durable for long-distance overhead laying.
