PP Based Permanent Antistatic Masterbatch
Intrinsic conductive pellet specifically formulated for PP injection, extrusion, profile, sheet, and foaming applications.
PP grade permanent antistatic masterbatch utilizes pure PP resin as carrier, blended with high-efficiency intrinsic permanent antistatic active components and compatible additives through high-temperature compounding, internal mixing, and twin-screw extrusion pelletizing. The product offers excellent dispersion and compatibility with raw PP material, eliminating blooming and precipitation while maintaining material mechanical properties and surface finish.
When incorporated, this masterbatch forms a continuous internal conductive network throughout the entire product, delivering permanent anti-static functionality. The performance is independent of ambient humidity and resistant to long-term friction, cleaning, and high-low temperature environments.
