The 100% Polyester Microfiber Waterproof Terry Fabric is a soft, durable, and functional textile designed for mattress protectors, mattress covers, bedding, and other protective home textile applications. Combining a fine microfiber terry surface with a flexible waterproof membrane, this fabric is engineered to provide a smooth hand feel, effective moisture protection, and reliable performance during repeated use.
Made from 100% polyester microfiber, the fabric uses finely spun fibers to create a dense and soft terry surface. Compared with conventional polyester terry fabrics, the microfiber construction provides a finer surface texture, improved softness, and a more comfortable touch. The dense fiber structure also offers good durability, dimensional stability, and resistance to everyday abrasion.
A flexible TPU waterproof membrane can be laminated to the back of the fabric to form a liquid-resistant barrier. This helps protect mattresses from sweat, spills, stains, and accidental liquid penetration while maintaining good flexibility for fitted mattress covers and quilted protectors.
