Product Introduction:
Accurate measurement of dissolved oxygen is directly related to water quality management and process control effectiveness in scenarios such as aquaculture, environmental monitoring, and sewage treatment. ZW-DO-PR is an online fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensor designed based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. It adopts RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol, with stable output and strong anti-interference ability. It can be easily integrated into various PLCs, industrial computers, and IoT monitoring systems. Unlike traditional electrochemical sensors, this product does not require electrolyte, polarization, or consume oxygen. The measurement results are not affected by flow rate and are not affected by chemical substances such as sulfides, greatly reducing on-site maintenance frequency and usage costs.
- In terms of core performance, the sensor has a measurement range of 0-20.00 mg/L, a resolution of up to 0.01 mg/L, an accuracy of ± 2%, a response time T90 of less than 30 seconds, and a minimum detection limit of 0.08 mg/L. Built in Pt1000 temperature sensor and salinity compensation function, which can automatically calibrate according to actual water quality to ensure accurate and reliable data. The fluorescent film head has a lifespan of up to 1 year under normal use, and is easy to replace, further extending the working cycle of the sensor.
- In terms of structure and protection, the shell is made of POM, ABS/PC alloy, and 316L stainless steel materials, with a protection level of IP68. It can be immersed in an underwater pressure environment of 0.2MPa for a long time, and is corrosion-resistant and not easily damaged. The cable is a 4-core shielded wire, with a standard configuration of 5 meters, and supports customization.
- At the system integration level, the RS485 digital output interface supports multi-point networking and long-distance transmission, compatible with PLCs, industrial computers, and various data acquisition modules, plug and play, and easy deployment.
