Product Introduction:
This sensor adopts a magnesium ion selective electrode based on PVC film, combined with built-in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation function, which can measure the magnesium ion content in water in real time and stably (range 0-1000.0mg/L, resolution 0.01mg/L). Whether it is surface water monitoring, industrial wastewater treatment, or online analysis in pipelines or storage tanks, ZW-MG-PR can provide fast, accurate, and economical test results.
Core Features:
- Stable and reliable electrode system: The patented magnesium ion electrode slowly oozes out the internal reference solution under a pressure of ≥ 100KPa. The reference system is extremely stable, and the electrode life far exceeds that of ordinary industrial electrodes.
- Digital output, easy integration: Standard RS-485 bus, adopting Modbus RTU protocol, can seamlessly interface with third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, industrial computers, touch screens, etc. without tedious signal conversion.
- Durable and adaptable to harsh environments: The shell can be made of POM+ABS or 316L stainless steel, with an IP68 protection level, and can be submerged in water for a long time; 3/4 NPT pipe thread installation, supports immersion or pipeline installation, with a tilt angle of ≥ 15 ° to avoid bubble interference.
- Low power and wide voltage power supply: 12-24VDC power supply, power consumption is only 0.2W, comes with 5-meter anti-corrosion cable (customizable length), all terminals require waterproof treatment to ensure long-term outdoor or underwater operation reliability.
Ready to use, two point calibration has been completed at the factory, greatly reducing the difficulty of on-site debugging.
