Product Introduction:
The online potassium ion sensor is an integrated intelligent sensor developed based on PVC membrane ion selective electrode, specifically designed for continuous online monitoring of potassium ions in water bodies. The product comes standard with RS-485 bus interface and adopts standard Modbus/RTU protocol, which can seamlessly connect with third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, industrial control computer and touch screen, greatly reducing the difficulty of system integration. Built in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation mechanism ensures accurate and reproducible measurement results in different water temperature environments. The whole machine supports a wide voltage supply of 12-24V DC, with a power consumption of only 0.2W and an IP68 protection level. It is suitable for various installation scenarios such as immersed pipelines, water tanks, and tanks.
Core Features:
- Range and accuracy: Two range options are available: 0~100mg/L (resolution 0.01mg/L) and 0~1000mg/L (resolution 0.1mg/L). The default range of 100mg/L meets the monitoring needs of the vast majority of surface water, sewage, and agricultural water. The accuracy reaches ± 10% of the reading or ± 1mg/L (whichever is greater), and the minimum detection limit is as low as 0.01mg/L.
- Stable and durable: The patented potassium ion electrode adopts a microporous salt bridge reference system, and the internal reference solution slowly seeps out under a pressure of ≥ 100KPa. The reference potential is stable for a long time, and the electrode life is significantly better than that of ordinary industrial electrodes. The shell is available in two materials: POM+ABS and POM+316L stainless steel, suitable for freshwater and seawater/corrosive environments.
- Convenient maintenance: 3/4 inch NPT pipe thread design, supports immersion installation at an inclination of 15 ° or more, and does not require complex tools for disassembly and assembly. If the electrode is idle for a long time (more than two weeks), it can be stored dry and protected with a cap; If the PVC film becomes cloudy or adheres to sediment after prolonged use, it can be restored by simply rinsing with deionized water.
