Product Introduction:

This online chloride ion sensor adopts solid-state membrane ion selective electrode technology, specially developed for continuous online monitoring of free chloride ions in water bodies. The product provides two output modes, RS-485 (Modbus/RTU) and 4-20mA, which users can flexibly choose according to the on-site control system. It can be connected to the analog module of PLC/DCS or digitally communicate with the upper computer through bus mode, fully meeting different integration requirements. The sensor is equipped with Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, which effectively eliminates the influence of temperature changes on chloride ion activity, ensuring stable and accurate measurement data within the working range of 0-50 ℃. The whole machine supports a wide voltage power supply of 12-24V DC, with a power consumption of only 0.2W and an IP68 protection level. It can be immersed in pipelines, pools, or natural water bodies for a long time.

  • Wide range and high precision: Two range options are available: 0-3500.0 mg/L (resolution 0.1mg/L) and 0-35000 mg/L (resolution 1mg/L), with an accuracy of ± 5% of the reading and a minimum detection limit as low as 0.1mg/L (3500 range), meeting the needs of multiple scenarios such as drinking water, surface water, high salt industrial wastewater, and seawater intrusion monitoring.
  • Stable and durable electrode: The patented chloride ion electrode adopts a microporous salt bridge reference system, and the internal reference solution slowly seeps out under a pressure of ≥ 100KPa. The reference potential is stable for a long time, and the electrode life is significantly better than that of ordinary industrial electrodes. The shell is available in two materials: POM+ABS and POM+316L, suitable for freshwater and seawater/corrosive environments.
  • Convenient installation and maintenance: 3/4 inch NPT pipe thread design, supporting immersion installation at an inclination of 15 ° or more; Two point calibration has been completed at the factory, and users do not need to intervene frequently. Attention should be paid to the interference of sulfur ions, iodine ions, bromine ions, etc. on the measurement. After long-term use, the electrode head can be cleaned with deionized water. If calibration still cannot be achieved, please replace the electrode.
