Product Introduction:

The online multi parameter self-cleaning sensor is a highly integrated water quality monitoring tool that adopts an integrated design and can simultaneously measure up to 8 water quality parameters (including temperature). It is widely used in scenarios such as surface water, sewage treatment, industrial circulating water, and environmental monitoring. The sensor is equipped with an automatic cleaning system, allowing users to flexibly set cleaning intervals and cycles based on water turbidity, effectively preventing microbial adhesion and probe contamination, and significantly reducing manual maintenance costs. The whole machine adopts RS-485 bus and Modbus/RTU protocol, and data can be directly transmitted to the acquisition platform for easy access to various industrial control systems.

  • Multi parameter flexible combination: supports dissolved oxygen COD,pH,ORP, Customization of over 20 probes for conductivity/salinity, ammonia nitrogen, turbidity, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, and up to 8 parameters for online monitoring to meet different application needs.
  • Intelligent self-cleaning system: equipped with an automatic cleaning brush that can regularly remove dirt and biofilm from the sensor surface, ensuring long-term stable and accurate measurement, and significantly extending maintenance cycles.
  • Durable and sturdy design: The shell is made of POM and 316L stainless steel, with a protection level of IP68, and can be immersed in fresh water or seawater for a long time; Quick waterproof joint and lifting ring installation structure, convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
  • Convenient communication and power supply: RS-485 (Modbus RTU) output, default baud rate of 9600, optional with other parameters; 12VDC power supply, power consumption less than 5W, supports long-distance wiring.
  • Factory pre calibration and warranty: Corresponding standard solution is provided according to the selected sensor, and the probe body enjoys a 3-year warranty (excluding consumables such as electrodes), and a 72 hour aging test is provided for reliable quality.
