The SMT single-rail 6mm wide synchronous pulley belt conveyor uses a 6mm wide synchronous pulley belt drive, ensuring precise engagement, strong transmission synchronization, and preventing deviation or slippage during transport. It operates smoothly and at a uniform speed with low noise and minimal wear, effectively protecting PCB circuit boards.
The machine boasts excellent load-bearing capacity, with a rated load of 10KG, meeting the transport needs of various PCB boards, tooling boards, and sheet materials.
The board width is adjustable within a wide range of 50-350mm, accommodating various circuit board specifications; the conveyor height is freely adjustable from 900±50mm, allowing for quick matching with upstream and downstream SMT equipment and seamless integration into the production line.
The overall dimensions are 600+700+1000mm, with a robust structure, moderate footprint, and flexible installation and placement.
Customization of dimensions, structures, and functions is supported, adapting to the layout of electronics factory production lines as needed. It is an ideal production line docking equipment for SMT placement, inspection, and soldering processes.

This conveyor transfers PCBs between stations in an SMT line. It supports standard board sizes and can be arranged to fit different line layouts. The drive system is built for continuous operation with minimal maintenance.
We are based in Dongguan, China and have been building automation equipment since 2008. Our factory has 90 to 150 people on the floor, and we export the majority of what we make to customers in over 30 countries. Most of our buyers are electronics manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, and appliance producers.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our equipment meets CE requirements. Before any machine leaves the factory, it runs continuously for 48 hours as part of our standard outgoing inspection. We machine many of our own components in-house, including customized tooling and fixtures.
Standard machines ship in 5 to 8 working days. We provide a 1-year warranty on the main unit and technical support for as long as you use the machine. Packaging is wooden cases with foam -- suitable for sea or air freight. Sample orders are welcome.
