Parallel Transfer Machine

I. Equipment Application

This machine is used in SMT automated production lines to perform lateral transfer and connection of PCB circuit boards, enabling production line diversion, convergence, and single/double track switching. It is suitable for new production line construction and upgrades of existing production lines.

II. Conveying Performance

The track width supports rapid on-site adjustment and is compatible with multiple PCB board specifications. Equipped with a precision transmission module, the machine operates with low noise, ensuring smooth and stable PCB transport and reducing the risk of material damage such as scratches and impacts.

III. Control System

Equipped with a human-machine interface panel with status monitoring, the machine's operating status is visualized, and process parameter adjustments are simple and convenient. It is compatible with SMEMA communication signals and can interface with SMT supporting equipment such as reflow soldering machines, AOI inspection machines, and solder paste printers.

IV. Production Line Adaptability

Supports various production line layout schemes and can be structurally adjusted according to workshop conditions. Reduces investment in production line modifications, optimizes production line layout, and improves workshop space utilization.
