SUS304N1 belongs to nitrogen strengthened upgraded grade of standard 304 stainless steel, developed to fill the gap between ordinary 304 and high-strength alloy stainless materials. Different from low-carbon anti-welding-corrosion 304L and work-hardening 302, 304N1 adds reasonable nitrogen element into chemical composition to boost matrix mechanical strength visibly while retaining the original outstanding rust and atmospheric corrosion resistance of 304 base material.
