JIS G3141 SPCC Cold Rolled Steel Coil 0.5–3.0mm is a commercial-quality cold rolled steel product with a smooth surface, uniform thickness, and good formability. It is suitable for stamping, bending, slitting, and general metal fabrication.

SPCC steel coil offers reliable dimensional accuracy and consistent processing performance, making it widely used in automotive components, electrical enclosures, home appliances, metal furniture, and sheet metal parts. Customized thickness, width, coil weight, and slitting services are available.

• Chemical composition limits (typical SPCC) 

  • Carbon (C): ≤ 0.15 %

  • Manganese (Mn): ≤ 0.60 %

  • Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.10 %

  • Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.05 %

• Elongation: ≥ 34 % (t ≥ 1.0 mm) 

• Tensile strength: Not specified in JIS G3141, but typically 270–410 MPa 

• Hardness: ~40–70 HRB 

• Surface finish: Bright (B) or dull (D), depending on mill process 

• Temper grade: Standard temper (S) is common; “T” suffix (SPCCT) indicates guaranteed tensile test values  

Why No Tensile Strength Specification?

JIS G3141 SPCC is designed for formability and surface quality, not structural load-bearing. If you need guaranteed strength, higher grades like SPCD (drawing quality) or SPCE (deep drawing quality) are specified.
