Stable High Speed Building Material 1110 Glazed Tile Production Line
The 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine (Model YX24-222-1110) is a professional building material equipment manufactured by Hebei Hengfu Pressing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is specially designed for processing color steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets with a width of 1250mm and a thickness of 0.3-0.5mm (material Q235). With stable performance and high forming quality, it is an ideal equipment for producing high-quality glazed tiles.
This machine adopts a heavy-duty 400H standard steel frame and 16mm thick wall plates for strong rigidity. It is equipped with 16-21 rows of forming rolls made of 45Cr steel, which has been quenched, tempered, finely turned and chrome plated. The main shaft is a solid shaft with a diameter of 80mm. It uses 11kW servo motor and gearbox transmission, providing stable power and smooth operation.
The machine adopts post-forming cutting with double linear guide electric shearing. The cutter and mold are made of Cr12Mov with quenching and fine grinding, ensuring burr-free cutting and very low maintenance rate. The electric control system uses PLC, frequency converter and separate touch screen, with remote control and alarm functions. The cutting length error is ≤1mm, realizing high-precision automatic production.
The equipment is equipped with a double hand-operated feeding frame with manual cutter, which is easy to operate and reliable. It can run steadily at a speed of 4-12m/min for continuous mass production. This machine is widely used in the production of glazed tiles for factories, scenic spots, pavilions, hotels, villas and other antique-style buildings.
