The 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine (Model YX24-222-1110) is a professional and durable building material machine manufactured by Hebei Hengfu Pressing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This high-performance system processes 1250mm color steel and galvanized steel sheets (Q235, 0.3-0.5mm) with exceptional efficiency and stable quality output.
Constructed with a heavy-duty 400H steel frame and 16mm wall plates, the machine delivers superior strength and rigidity. It features 16-21 rows of 45Cr rolls treated through quenching, tempering, fine turning, and chrome plating processes. The robust 80mm solid main shaft combined with an 11kW servo motor and gearbox ensures stable, efficient operation.
The system incorporates post-forming double linear guide electric cutting technology. The Cr12Mov quenched and finely ground mold and cutter provide burr-free cutting with minimal maintenance requirements. A sophisticated PLC control system with touch screen interface, remote control capability, and alarm functions guarantees cutting accuracy within ≤1mm tolerance.
Operational efficiency is enhanced through a double hand-operated feeding frame with manual cutter for simplified operation. The machine maintains continuous production speeds of 4-12m/min, making it ideal for mass production environments.
