Fully Automatic High Output 1110 Glazed Tile Production Line
The 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine (Model YX24-222-1110) from Hebei Hengfu Pressing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-efficiency equipment for producing glazed tiles. It processes 1250mm width, 0.3-0.5mm thickness Q235 color steel and galvanized steel sheets with stable quality.
Built with 400H standard steel frame and 16mm thick wall plates, the machine is solid and durable. It has 16-21 rows of 45Cr forming rolls processed by quenching, tempering, fine turning and chrome plating. The 80mm solid main shaft and 11kW servo motor with gear drive ensure reliable running.
This machine uses post-forming double linear guide electric cutting. The Cr12Mov quenched and finely ground mold and cutter ensure burr-free cutting and long service life. The PLC control system with touch screen, remote control and alarm keeps cutting error ≤1mm.
Equipped with double hand-operated feeding frame and manual cutter, the machine is user-friendly. It runs stably at 4-12m/min for continuous production. It is widely used for making glazed tiles in factories, scenic spots, pavilions, hotels and villas.
