4-12 M/Min Speed 1110 Glazed Roof Tile Forming Machine 11kW Servo Motor 16-21 Roll Stations
Model 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine is a high-efficiency equipment designed for Q235 color steel and galvanized sheet processing. With a feeding width of 1250mm and material thickness of 0.3-0.5mm, it provides stable performance and high finished product quality.
The whole machine is built with 400H heavy-duty steel frame and 16mm wall plates. It features 16-21 rows of 45Cr rolls treated with quenching, tempering, fine turning and chrome plating. The 80mm solid spindle and 11kW servo motor drive the machine smoothly via gear box.
Double linear guide electric shearing is adopted after forming. The Cr12Mov quenched and finely ground cutter and mold ensure smooth cutting and long service life. The PLC, inverter and touch screen control system guarantees cutting error within 1mm.
The double hand-operated feeding frame with manual cutter makes operation simple. The machine can run continuously at 4-12m/min for mass production. It is widely applied in the production of glazed tiles for antique-style buildings.
