The high-altitude tile press hydraulic lifting platform is a key equipment for on-site roof and wall panel forming in construction projects. It is specially designed to work with various sheet materials such as color steel plate, galvanized plate, and aluminum plate, enabling efficient and safe high-altitude tile pressing operations.

The platform is suitable for processing sheets with a thickness of 0.3mm to 1.0mm, and can output tiles with a radius of ≥6 meters. Powered by a 380V, 11KW motor, it delivers stable and continuous performance for long-duration operations. The standard model weighs about 13.5 tons, with an optional heavy-duty version available for increased load capacity.

Designed to be compatible with all Jiaochi series and roof panel forming machines, the platform supports motor-reducer drive systems and hydraulic shearing functions. This allows it to work seamlessly with existing equipment, creating an integrated workflow from sheet forming to shearing at height.
