Titanium Alloy Magnetic Light Weight Trocar For Laparoscopy Minimally Invasive Surgery
Titanium Alloy Construction: Exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The ultra-lightweight design prevents the trocar from leaning or slipping during surgery, ensuring port stability.
Innovative Magnetic Sealing: Unlike mechanical springs or rubber flaps, the Magnetic Valve minimizes friction. It opens and closes instantly with instrument movement, significantly extending the product's lifespan and maintaining consistent pneumoperitoneum.
Threaded Cannula Option: we offer a threaded cannula version to provide enhanced fixation and prevent accidental displacement from the abdominal wall.
- Inspection: Verify that the magnetic valve snaps shut promptly when the obturator is removed. Ensure the titanium surface is free of debris.
- Assembly: Align the pyramidal or safety-shielded obturator with the titanium cannula and click into place.
- Entry: Perform a skin incision. Using a palm-squeeze grip, gently insert the trocar into the abdomen. If using the Threaded (L) version, use a slight rotating motion to engage the threads with the fascia for extra grip.
- Obturator Removal: Withdraw the obturator. You will feel the "magnetic snap" as the internal valve closes immediately to lock in the CO2.
- Surgical Phase: Insert laparoscopic tools through the silicon cap. The magnetic valve allows for "zero-resistance" instrument manipulation.
- Post-Op: Clean immediately after use with a neutral enzymatic detergent. Disassemble components (if applicable) and autoclave at 134°C.
