700mm story height, automatic manure removal system, and ventilation and cooling system create a clean, hygienic, and comfortable activity space for the birds with sufficient air and light.
- Durable Construction: Middle supports made of Mg-Al-Zn alloy, with hot-dip galvanized head and tail frames that withstand harsh environments. Spring door provides convenience for bird handling during transfer and vaccination.
- Efficient Feeding System: 0.95-0.98 Mg-Al-Zn alloy feed troughs with patented devices ensure even feed distribution and prevent wastage. Trolley features simple structure with low failure rate.
- Advanced Water System: Double water line mounted with patented nipples and cups ensures sufficient clean water while preventing wastage. Water pipe height is adjustable.
- Hygienic Manure Management: Belt-type manure removal structure and manure scrapers ensure thorough cleaning, improve coop hygiene, and reduce disease occurrence.
- Optimal Environment Control: Ventilation fans, cooling pads, and side windows maintain comfortable poultry house environment, providing fresh air and proper humidity while ensuring minimal temperature variation.
