The system includes water cups, pressure regulators, terminals, and dosing pump. The integrated water filter ensures clean, contaminant-free water that's safe for layers throughout their growth cycle. For precise water treatment, we provide premium DOSATRON pumps, guaranteeing optimal layer health management. The complete system also includes efficient water supply, drainage, and backflush devices to maintain consistent performance and hygiene standards.

Key components include fans, side windows, cooling pads, and air deflectors. Cooling pads are available in two types: aluminum alloy frame version and water trough version. The cooling pad paper features high water-absorbable performance, anti-mildew effect, and long service life. High-quality ventilation fans ensure effective climate control inside the poultry house. Air deflectors are sized based on cooling pad area and feature aluminum alloy frames, 5cm high foam flame retardant color steel plates, and rubber strip seals. Our air deflectors help better control wind direction to prevent chickens from getting sick.

The entire system - including feeding, drinking, egg collection, and manure removal - is electrically controlled through a centralized control cabinet. Ventilation components such as cooling pads, fans, and side windows are also automatically regulated through this integrated control system. All control cabinets are custom assembled in our specialized workshop to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of your poultry farm's automated processes.

The system collects real-time breeding environment data including temperature, humidity, chicken flock behavior, and production data to facilitate precise control. This reduces risks and improves efficiency in handling emergency events. Each egg belt pocket can be equipped with egg counters to accurately record the number of eggs per tier, monitoring production rates and assessing hen health. Water level alarm detects pressure changes to ensure adequate drinking water for every bird. The system also features an automatic feed alert, guaranteeing uninterrupted supply.
