The BT50-190 spindle provides high rigidity, high torque output, and stable low-noise operation. It is especially suitable for heavy cutting, deep milling, large material removal, and machining of high-strength metal parts.
The Italian imported BF gearbox provides smooth transmission, strong impact load resistance, low noise, and high transmission stiffness. With automatic speed ratio conversion, it allows the machine to switch between strong low-speed cutting torque and high-speed machining performance.
The 55# heavy-duty roller linear guide rails provide strong load-bearing capacity, low friction, and high positioning accuracy. They allow the machine to maintain stable movement during heavy cutting while also supporting high-speed movement and fast machining.
