This universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding cylindrical and conical workpieces such as shafts, sleeves, rollers, pins, plungers, hydraulic components, automotive parts, and mechanical components. It can process external grinding diameters of Φ 8-200 mm and internal grinding diameters of Φ 30-100 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of small and medium-sized precision parts.
The workpiece spindle, external grinding wheel, internal grinding wheel, oil pump, and coolant pump are driven by independent motors. This structure improves operational stability, grinding reliability, and process control during continuous machining. The machine worktable supports hydraulic stepless longitudinal movement and can also be operated manually by handwheel, offering flexible operation for different grinding requirements.
