Industrial Chemical IBC Tote Custom Cast Steel Rotomold is a heavy-duty rotational mold independently manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory. Fully customizable according to customer technical drawings, this mold is specially developed for mass production of hollow plastic industrial IBC intermediate bulk containers, chemical liquid storage totes, food-grade liquid transport tanks, and factory raw material holding IBC bins.
Product Overview
The mold cavity utilizes thick high-density cast steel blank with stable and uniform heat conduction performance. During rotomolding heating cycles, heat distributes evenly inside the cavity, ensuring consistent wall thickness of finished IBC totes and eliminating common defects including surface bubbles, cold flow lines, sink marks, and uneven wall thickness.
An integrated heavy carbon steel lifting frame with standard lifting lugs is welded integrally with the mold body for convenient overhead crane hoisting and installation on all types of shuttle rotomolding machines. Multiple groups of stainless steel quick-release clamps are evenly arranged around the mold parting surface for fast locking before heating production and rapid opening after cooling demoulding.
All inner and outer surfaces of the cast steel mold are treated with high-temperature resistant anti-rust spraying coating, which withstands long-term repeated high-temperature circulation inside heating ovens, resists oxidation and deformation, and facilitates easy cleaning of residual plastic after batch production.
