Ceramic Hose is a flexible, wear-resistant conveying hose designed for industrial systems handling abrasive slurries, mineral particles, sand, gravel, ash, and other solid-containing media. Its construction combines a high-strength reinforced rubber body with an engineered ceramic lining to provide a balanced combination of abrasion resistance, structural flexibility, pressure performance, and operational stability.
The product is intended for applications where continuous particle movement can cause accelerated wear in conventional rubber hose linings and where rigid wear-resistant piping cannot adequately accommodate equipment movement or vibration.
The internal ceramic lining forms a hard protective conveying surface. Depending on service requirements, ceramic components can be arranged to provide continuous or strategically distributed protection along the internal bore. The ceramic material is supported by an elastomeric matrix that helps absorb mechanical shock and maintain structural position during controlled hose movement.
The external structure consists of reinforced rubber layers designed to provide pressure containment, tensile strength, flexibility, and resistance to environmental exposure. Reinforcement configuration can be selected according to required working pressure and mechanical conditions.
